HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
All orders over R600.00 are shipped free by SAPO parcel post. You also have the option to select Speed Services at checkout for an additional charge. 
 
 
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
 
Escential Fragrances endeavours to despatch all orders within 36 hours of receipt, Monday–Thursday. Orders received after 10am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched the next working day, usually Monday.
We utilize either SAPO, Fastway Couriers or  Speed Services Courier Service on a Counter to Counter Service , this means that your order should be ready for collection at your local post office the day after it is posted if you are in a major centre, 48 hours later in other areas. You will also be able to track you order via the internet at http://www.speedservices.co.za

Fastway Courier services are only able to deliver to Jhb, Pta, Cape Town, Durban, Polokwane, and George at the persent time.

WHY MUST I COLLECT FROM THE POST OFFICE?
 
In many cases this is the most convenient, as it means you do not need to have someone hang around at home waiting for the courier to deliver. We will send you the tracking # as soon as your order has been despatched and you can collect your order from your local Post Office at your convenience the following day.
 
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA?
 
At this time, we only ship orders within South Africa.
 
RETURNS POLICY
 
Due to the intimate nature of the product, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges, so please take care when selecting your purchase.
 
GOODS RECEIVED DAMAGED
 
In the unlikely event that order should arrive damaged, please contact our customer services department on 011-791-5019 or email support@escents.co.za and we will gladly assist. Please keep all damaged goods and packaging as these will need to be returned. We will gladly replace any damaged goods free of charge.
 
 
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
 
If you wish to cancel your order after going through the electronic checkout, please contact us immediately and our customer service will try to assist you. Once your order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled.
 
ORDERS NOT RECIEVED
 
If your order has not been received after 72 hours of receiving the tracking #, please contact our customer services dept so that we may assist in tracking the order. In the rare event that your order has gone missing we will galdly arrange a replacement.  In instances where your choice of fragrance is no longer availaible we will galdly  arrange a refund within 30 days.
